How Long will my prints take ?

Poster prints and enlargements are printed within our fast 1 hour service and can be collected from us if you are local to us. canvas Prints take 2-3 days to produce, Please allow 7 working days for prints to be delivered.

How much is delivery ?

The standard rate for Poster prints to UK mainland is £4.50. The standard rate for a canvas print to Uk Mainland is £8.50

Do you deliver overseas ?

Yes - N. Ireland £6 , Europe/Eire/Channel Islands £10.00, USA/Canada £15.00 (posters)

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be delivered to a different address ?

Yes - when you enter your details at the order stage you have the opportunity to include a different delivery address, Ideal if you want to send someone a canvas print as a gift, we can even gift wrap it for you, contact us for more information.

Do you do custom sizes ?

we offer a made to measure service on poster and canvas prints .contact us with the size you want by email or telephone and we will calculate a price for you.

Do you supply to trade ?

My Picture is not in a digital format ?

Post the image to us at Vivid Prints 18 Bentley drive,Lowestoft,Suffolk,NR32 4WA. we will scan your image at no extra charge. As with a digital format the overall size depends on the original size & quality of your image supplied to us. see our image guide for more information

What about Copyright ?

By sending us your images,you are acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of the image,or you have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form,which permits us to print it in accordance with your order.

The Management reserves the right to refuse to print any images they feel to be inappropriate.

Will my poster/canvas print be the same as the image i send ?

The finished print will be as good as the original image you send to us, however we do check all images and make the necessary enhancements before we commit to print. If we feel that the original image supplied to us will pixel ate and not scale up to the size of print you have requested we will contact you to discuss other possible format options.

Will the colours i see on my computer be the same as the finished poster/canvas ?

If you are ordering one of our images form our gallery collection we have already tried and tested the best possible print settings to produce the highest quality for the finished poster/canvas. If its your own digital image on your computer we cannot guarantee this as individual computer screens and monitor settings can vary. if there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more information. you would need to send us a colour swatch and/or a pantone colour code to us. We will always check with the customer if we have any doubts on your image before we commit to print.

Do you hold on to my personal details ?

Your personal details are essential to us for the delivery of your order. This information is used only for this purpose and are not handed out to anyone else. we are happy to remove your personal details from our records on written request after we have completed and delivered your order.

Which payments do you accept ?

We accept Visa,Mastercard,Switch,Maestro,Solo and Delta. We use PayPal to process your card payments which is safe and secure see paypal website for more information. We also accept personal cheques made payable to Mr S. M. Brown. please allow 3-4 days for clearance before we can print your order.
