The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Please read carefully and keep a printed copy for future reference.
Each order for items as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights.
We the supplier have, the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any printed matter ordered by you.
The Management reserves the right to refuse to print any images they feel to be inappropriate.
Description of goods
All descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the items/prints. Every effort is made to make images a good representation of the actual product but 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Canvas Prints
We recommend that canvas prints have the 3d wrap around effect for best results. How ever some images you provide to us may not be suitable for wrap around and we will print to the edge instead. Please let us know when placing your order if you do not require the 3d wrap around.On non 3d wrap around, image at the edge of frame has a tolerance of +/- 8mm. Please note Images from mobile phones may not be as sharp as images taken from digital cameras, however we will do our best to enhance the image when going to print.For details of pixels and print size go to our image guide at www.vividprints.co.uk
Printed Media
Posters,enlargement prints,cards and leaflets are printed as to your approval. We will email you or post to you a proof for you to approve and/or make any final amendments before we print your order, once you approve the proof and we we receive your order and payment we will print your order. It is your responsibility to approve the final design as no refund can be given on printed media once we have printed your order.
Design Services
We have a flat rate of £40+Vat for our design services on printed media. When a customer instructs us to come up with a design on their behalf we accept that as a design order.If we have been instructed to design artwork and also print on to media then we offer a complete design and print package .However if a customer chooses not to go ahead with the printed media order then we will charge the flat rate of £40+Vat for the design work that has already been carried out.
Banners
We will design your banner and email you or post a proof to you for your approval. Once you have approved the proof and placed your order the banner will be produced,it is your responsibility to approve the final design as no refund can be given once we have produced your banner.
Payment method
Payment to be made when order is placed
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use paypal secure payment method, so details will be entirely safe. On the order you must provide us with your exact address as on the card and telephone number that your credit bank has on file for you. Your order will only be dispatched once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. We also accept cheque payments made payable to VIVID PRINTS (please allow 4 working days for cheque clearance). We also accept payments by BACS and electronic bank transfer (please contact us for our Bank details).Payment must be made when order is placed, once payment and image files received please allow the appropriate turn around.
Availability of goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time .However it is our company policy to contact you if for any reason we find your images are not suitable for printing and you will be offered a full refund or to re upload a more suitable image.
Delivery
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.
While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Damaged in Transit - Time limitation of notification of claims
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and must be not later than 2 days. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier. All returns are dealt with by re-supply of prints.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If suspect that there items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and notify us within 2 days.
Non Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescale's. Expect when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the stated timescale.
Events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in carrying out our duties under this Agreement if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, the postal service, the courier service and strikes. You must allow us reasonable time to carry out our duties in these circumstances.
Privacy
You expressly consent that we may use the personal data you have given to us in the Order solely for the purpose of this Agreement, for making services available to you, for marketing our Product and services to you. We do not disclose to other third parties such as our suppliers for marketing purposes.
Newsletter Database
Your email address is stored on our server and is only used by ourselves. This data will not be passed on or sold to any third parties.
Special Offers and Promotional Discounts
Special offers and discounts are applied to product prices only. The customer will still have to pay our standard postage rate for delivery of the prints unless otherwise stated.
Full colour printing
Every effort will be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on customer's work but because of the nature of the processes involved, we shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between the customer's original image/photograph and the printed Product.
Complaints and Refunds
Should you need to contact us regarding products which you are not completely satisfied please email us. We will respond to all complaints as soon as possible.If after receiving your complaint we decide to give a full or partial refund, this will then be given over to our accounts department. ALL refunds take 30 days to process.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by English law and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
